We are a studio of fourteen, split between Ankara and Isparta. We hire slowly, mostly through the work, and stay together for a long time.
What we look for.
A quiet hand.
A taste for restraint. People who finish the small things — the kerning, the comma, the third pass — without being asked.
A full kit.
We expect designers to write code, and engineers to draw. Not perfectly — willingly. The hand-off is where things usually get lost.
A long view.
We are interested in people who plan to stay. Studio life moves slowly. Most of our team has been here three years or more.
Currently hiring.
A short letter. A look at your work, slowly. Two studio conversations, one over coffee. A small paid exercise we do together — never on your own time. We write back to everyone, even when the answer is no.
